Lace is a pioneering chip lithography company with bases in Bergen, Barcelona and Eindhoven, driving the next era of manufacturing. The Technical Project Manager will bridge physics and engineering to turn research into scalable, industrial tools.
The role requires coordinating elite teams across Norway, Spain and the Netherlands, delivering on milestones, and enabling partnerships with early-adopter foundries. Expect travel and hands-on problem solving.
Formación
- Master’s or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related deep-tech field.
- 5+ years leading projects in high-tech R&D or semiconductor sectors.
- Familiarity with product development, requirements engineering and risk management.
Responsabilidades
- Own the project lifecycle from lab to industrial tool modules.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across Norway, Spain, and the Netherlands.
- Manage software workstreams for AI-driven mask design algorithms.
- Build flexible project timelines and manage resources to meet milestones.
- Liaise with external partners and foundries in the ecosystem.
