- Managing the discovery, development, and build of agreed projects and changes.
- Supporting the analysis, understanding, and translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensuring all documentation and processes meet the required standards, follow agreed methodologies, and conform to bank standards.
- Leading developers and testers during build and implementation phases to ensure best practices and timelines are maintained.
- Building and updating project plans and providing regular reports on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders and the wider team.
- Coordinating software and infrastructure deliveries, taking full end-to-end ownership of the delivery process.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in software development lifecycles and delivery using agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong end-to-end integration project management and delivery experience across multiple teams, technologies, and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and functional concepts effectively.
- Architecture knowledge : capable of leading product vision discussions at internal committees.
- Proactive personality with the ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and Product Owners, translating them into technical requirements.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
