In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation systems and analyzer instrumentation projects in clinical diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions and products in alignment with customer contracts and PM@DX guidelines.

Your main mission as a Project Manager will be to achieve key milestones in the execution of assigned projects.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from bid clarification to successful customer handover, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and safety standards. Acting as the central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and business partners.

During the sales phase, you will clarify technician requirements, define timelines, and contribute to budget estimations for proposals.

In the implementation phase, you will define technical requirements, coordinate site readiness, agree on transition plans, and validate proposals in collaboration with hospital infrastructure departments, ensuring all customer needs are addressed from tender to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical requirements for installation and ensure site readiness.
  • Define project scope and implementation phases, establish timelines, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
  • Act as a bridge between customers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Support Sales during Bid Qualification (BQ) by assessing project deliverables, customer requirements, feasibility, and third-party supplier costs.
  • Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies for smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee installation, site readiness, and commissioning of third-party services, ensuring system delivery and validation.
  • Guarantee system functionality, oversee clinical validation, and secure customer acceptance for project closure.

Key strategic priorities:

Quality: Ensuring quality assurance throughout the process to achieve customer satisfaction through timely implementation of the sales contract.

Budget: Ensuring adherence to financial budgets and avoiding non-conformance costs.

Time: Accurate planning with an understanding of operational priorities and resource availability.

What You Bring:

  • Assertive communication style.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a strong sense of initiative.
  • A strong team-working attitude.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Thorough knowledge of lean and process mapping.
