Job description: We are looking for a passionate Project Manager with a focus on healthcare innovation and specialization in software medical devices. This role involves leading the development and implementation of projects in healthcare technology from conception to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge commercial and technical teams, translating customer needs into specifications, ensuring high standards, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance.

You will work alongside a Deal Owner and a Customer Success Manager, focusing on implementation, delivery, and technical/regulatory advisory, without managing client relationships end-to-end.

Responsibilities include:

1. Project planning and execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, and costs.
2. Customer interaction: Guide clients through technical processes and API integrations.
3. Team liaison: Facilitate communication between commercial and product teams.
4. Technical and regulatory advisory: Support customers with technical integration and regulatory issues.
5. Requirements analysis: Assess project needs to align with product and customer expectations.
6. Healthcare process overview: Provide insights into healthcare workflows.
7. Product documentation: Define development requirements and ensure documentation quality.
8. Product strategy: Contribute to strategic decisions for product development.

Must have:

• Experience in project management within software medical devices, digital health, or biotech sectors.
• Knowledge of AI applications in health, especially dermatology.
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, or Python.
• Understanding of medical device regulation and compliance standards.
• Basic knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with healthcare systems like HIS/EHR/EMR, standards like FHIR, HL7v2.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
• Degree in Business, Health Management, Biotechnology, or related fields; project management certification is a plus.

Important qualities include autonomy, discipline, motivation, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
