Job Purpose:

The Technical Project Manager is the solution specialist responsible for ensuring solutions are technically and functionally ‘fit for purpose’, designed, tested, and delivered according to the agreed timelines and Project Framework / Methodology. The solution owner works collaboratively with all internal and external project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to departmental objectives, best practices, and process improvements. The role also involves participating in training and onboarding activities and being recognized as a proficient practitioner and/or subject matter expert in a specific solution, product, or industry customer.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define, design, implement, and coordinate the execution of project/program solutions in accordance with the Project Framework / Methodology.
2. Participate in and/or lead requirements and design workshops with international customers and/or service providers.
3. Provide technical consulting to internal/external stakeholders on products and solutions.
4. Share knowledge of product features and solutions and how these can be best applied to satisfy customer requirements.
5. Contribute to and/or produce project deliverables in accordance with the Project Framework / Methodology.
6. Support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / end-user training on features and functionality.
7. Review solutions to ensure compliance against standards / strategy / best practice.
8. Monitor the Scope, Cost, and Risk of solutions.
9. Contribute to departmental objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

1. Ability to read and analyze Java or another object-oriented language code.
2. High knowledge of technical solutions and SaaS.
3. Knowledge of Italian or second EU languages would be an advantage.
4. Good technical problem-solving skills.
5. Good reviewer and technical documentation skills.
6. Mastery of Project management tools & techniques.
7. Organizational savvy.

1. The design, implementation, and delivery of solutions to agreed timelines.
2. Ensuring solutions are ‘fit for purpose’ as measured against the requirements and design.
3. Adherence to the Project Framework / Methodology in use.
4. Meeting departmental objectives and KPIs.
