Technical Project Manager (100% Remote - Spain)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development projects, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. Strong knowledge of Node.Js, experience with peer-to-peer systems, and a successful track record of product launches are essential.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and plan daily development activities.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Resolve technical issues and guide the team.
• Drive process improvements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with a team of developers.

Requirements :

• 5+ years in leadership roles managing projects.
• 2+ years in software development, especially Node.Js.
• Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
• Experience with Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
• Proven success in launching products.
• Strong grasp of system architecture and microservices.
• Experience with modern development practices like CI / CD, agile methodologies.
