The role involves leading development efforts, collaborating with teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of leadership experience in managing projects and a solid background in software development, particularly with Node.Js. Additional experience with modern development practices is a plus.

Technical Project Manager (100% Remote - Spain), Madrid

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and guide development efforts on a project. This role involves working with developers, product managers, and the CTO to drive project success and steer development efforts while being hands-on wherever needed.Responsibilities :

Lead, oversee, and plan day-to-day development activities.Collaborate with developers, product, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.Guide the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.Provide guidance and resolve technical issues when required.Ensure timely delivery according to project timelines.Drive improvements in process and practices.Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.Minimum requirements :

5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multiple projects.2+ years of experience in software development (Node.Js).Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.Proven experience launching successful products.Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and good development practices.Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.Experience with modern development practices :

CI / CD, automated testing, agile.Additional skills that are a plus :
