TheCUSTOMER PROJECTS OFFICEmanages large TIC services integration projects for our international business customers. This team of experts are dedicated to understanding the business needs and providing technical and consulting support to turn them into reality, accompanying them in the design, outsourcing, transformation and management of customized TIC solutions.
WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?
TheTechnical Project Manageris responsible for end to end process definition and implementation of services, includes participating in those services to be offered to the client in the Pre-sales and Negotiation phases.
WHAT ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple simultaneous internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, contributing know-how to the overall project.
• Process Development: Develop ITIL v4-based operating procedures and best practices for internal teams.
• Activity Management: Coordinate and lead work teams, assigning tasks and monitoring the progress of activities.
• Service Architecture: Understand the design and implementation of data, security, and voice solutions, ensuring system integration and functionality.
• Resource Management: Evaluate and coordinate project-related personnel for flawless project execution.
• Third-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to acquire tools, software, and hardware solutions that meet project operational needs.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. For internal and external audiences (client, suppliers)
• Financial control: Ability to evaluate quotes, perform financial monitoring and control throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Executive evaluation and reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders on project progress, and identify and mitigate risks.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure (e.g., servers, networks, storage, cloud computing, and cybersecurity).
• Ability to efficiently identify and resolve problems and be rigorous and systematic.
• Ability to work in teams, flexible to adapt to changes and new challenges.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
• Academic Qualifications: Telecommunications Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in Multinational companies with 2+ years of technical background in one of the following areas: NOC technical support, engineering, pre-sales, planning, etc. for networking, cybersecurity, and/or VoIP services. Experience developing operational processes according to ITIL v4 is a plus.
• Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP (desirable). Other certifications will be considered.
• Languages: Spanish and English, level C1
