CUSTOMER PROJECTS OFFICE manages large TIC services integration projects for international business customers, focusing on understanding business needs and providing technical and consulting support for designing, outsourcing, transforming, and managing customized TIC solutions.

WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE?

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end processes for services, including participating in pre-sales and negotiation phases to offer suitable solutions to clients.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  1. Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple internal projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, contributing expertise to overall project success.
  2. Process Development: Develop ITIL v4-based operating procedures and best practices for internal teams.
  3. Activity Management: Lead work teams, assign tasks, and monitor activity progress.
  4. Service Architecture: Understand and oversee the design and implementation of data, security, and voice solutions, ensuring system integration and functionality.
  5. Resource Management: Evaluate and coordinate project personnel for seamless execution.
  6. Third-Party Collaboration: Work with external vendors and providers to acquire necessary tools, software, and hardware solutions.
  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal and external audiences.
  8. Financial Control: Evaluate quotes, monitor, and control project finances throughout the lifecycle.
  9. Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, and identify and mitigate risks.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity).
  • Problem-solving skills, rigor, and systematic approach.
  • Ability to work in teams, adapt to changes, and embrace new challenges.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Academic Qualifications: Telecommunications Engineer, Electronics Engineer, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years managing technical projects in multinational companies, with 2+ years in technical areas such as NOC support, engineering, pre-sales, or planning for networking, cybersecurity, or VoIP services. Experience with ITIL v4 operational processes is a plus.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CCNA, CCNP preferred; other certifications considered.
  • Languages: Spanish and English at C1 level.
