We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat’s strategic objectives with Product Madness’s project portfolio. End-to-end project management will include facilitating and executing project intake and discovery efforts, driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Owning the projects’ outcome, ensuring tight governance and proactive leadership are essential for this role. Exceptional strategic thinking, technical expertise, project management skills, and customer focus will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Project Manager will oversee multiple projects within Product Madness, working closely with Game Producers and the wider Aristocrat PMO teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to facilitate and execute project intake and discovery efforts, aligning business objectives with the wider Aristocrat project portfolio.
• Maintain transparent, up-to-date project statuses and relevant reporting.
• Drive process improvements, facilitate positive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement PMO capabilities, toolsets, and processes aligned with organizational frameworks, ensuring operational excellence.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project health and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough discovery activities to gather requirements, analyze risks and dependencies, and define project scope and success criteria.
• Lead regular project reviews to evaluate performance, risks, and issues.
• Monitor change management efforts, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and methodologies related to project management and change management.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project management practice within the organization.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive release management strategy aligned with project and organizational goals.
• Oversee release planning activities across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with Producers, development teams, QA, and operations to establish and optimize release processes and schedules.
• Facilitate communication regarding release status, timelines, and impacts between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth in technical and project management skills.

What We're Looking For :

Required Skills and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience managing strategic projects, overseeing PMO functions, and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to deliver results and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder influence and collaboration.
• Experience managing complex operational projects in matrix organizations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reporting on status, risks, issues, and resource utilization.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and foster a culture of excellence.
• Familiarity with resource management and capacity planning tools.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

• Knowledge of software development workflows, deployment processes, and collaborative coding platforms.
• Certifications such as AgilePM, PgMP, PMP, or CSM are highly preferred.
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment technology sector.
• Passion for mobile games and the social casino category.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the gaming industry.
