Technical Project Manager (100% Remote - Spain)

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee development projects, working closely with developers, product managers, and the CTO. Strong knowledge of Node.js, experience with peer-to-peer systems, and a successful track record of product launches are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and plan daily development activities.
2. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams for smooth project execution.
3. Manage the full software development lifecycle.
4. Resolve technical issues and guide the team.
5. Drive process improvements.
6. Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders.
7. Manage multiple projects with a team of developers.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in leadership roles managing projects.
2. 2+ years in software development, especially Node.js.
3. Basic understanding of peer-to-peer systems.
4. Experience with Python, C++, or Rust is a plus.
5. Proven success in launching products.
6. Strong grasp of system architecture and microservices.
7. Experience with modern development practices like CI/CD and agile methodologies.
