We are looking for a Technical Project Manager within the Product organization. The ideal candidate is familiar with Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and supports enterprise-level hardware and software products. You will collaborate with teams based in the US, Dublin, and Helsinki, working closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure project deliverables are properly scoped, dependencies are managed, and goals are met on time.

The successful candidate has led enterprise software and hardware projects independently, ensuring timely delivery using best practices. You will serve as the main contact for multiple projects, ensuring visibility, accountability, and communication with Sales, Executives, and stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented with excellent communication, analytical, and abstract thinking skills, able to influence without authority and foster strong relationships with internal teams.

What You'll Do:

1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
2. Work with Agile Coaches and Product teams to prioritize the backlog and align on project requirements.
3. Lead project status meetings, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure smooth hand-offs.
4. Provide clear status reports and develop dashboards for sales and executives.
5. Review priorities and deliverables with stakeholders.
6. Participate in cross-team meetings, communicate issues, changes, and blockers.

Expectations for Success:

1. Create project plans aligned with company roadmaps, breaking down deliverables into phases and milestones.
2. Manage project timelines using Jira, including milestones, dependencies, and risks.
3. Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate across teams.
4. Assist with work estimation and resource planning.
5. Conduct regular project reviews, gather feedback, and communicate outcomes.
6. Exhibit strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
7. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
8. Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of enterprise-level hardware and software project management experience.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Jira administration experience.
• Deep experience with Jira dashboards.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry and end-to-end customer engagement.
• Jira administration experience.
• Knowledge of internet, cellular, broadband, and telecom technologies.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals like Wi-Fi.
• Basic understanding of data ingestion and cloud technologies such as AWS, Redshift, Athena.
• Experience with embedded hardware for mobile devices.
