Facilitate effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, supporting teams with context, prioritization, and direction.
  • Risk & Quality Management : Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Maintain high standards in project documentation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement : Evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies. Contribute to the refinement of NIUKO’s project management practices and tools.

  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust with clients.
  • Technical Background : Background in IT systems, data integration, or digital manufacturing platforms. Preferred background with technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, SCADA (Aveva, Ignition), MES (Werum PAS-X, Siemens OpCenter), and data historians (Aveva PI, AspenTech Inmation).
