At Astek, we’re looking for a Technical Lead / Program Manager to drive a critical project in the space industry for a European client. You will lead the coordination of engineering activities, delivery planning, and stakeholder management within a complex multi-partner environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating technical activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors
• Managing timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring technical compliance
• Aligning technical requirements with project objectives
• Supervising the production of technical documentation and high-level deliverables
• Leading risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Participating in project meetings and consortium coordination

Who are you?

• Experienced in managing space, defense, telecom, or IT projects
• Engineering background with team leadership experience
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
