A global tech company in Madrid is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead a diverse team and oversee the execution of multiple software development projects. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in Java microservices and experience in managing international teams. What success looks like in this role :
Oversees Delivery Management teams, leaders, and processes.
Ensures processes are in place and followed to effectively manage delivery projects, promote value-added client relationships, oversee budget execution, manage costs, and ensure service delivery in accordance with quality standards and service level agreements.
Leads the execution and delivery of multiple, diverse, and complex projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, financial goals, and quality standards.
Manages project and service delivery budgets, ensuring effective cost control and alignment with financial targets.
Provides regular updates to senior leadership, tracking project expenses, profitability, and overall health.
Identifies and manages project risks, ensuring measures are in place to address challenges and manage scope changes.
Handles escalations, resolves risks during the project lifecycle, and ensures minimal impact on service delivery.
Manages the performance of third-party providers and subcontractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have :
BA/BS degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graduate degree preferred.
Leadership experience : 4-6 years
