Joppy is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee internal products within an Ops Engineering team. You will drive internal tooling for Sales and Customer Success, coordinate cross-functional projects, and translate business needs into technical deliverables.

You will collaborate with leadership to define scope, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits offered.

Responsabilidades

A fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager to oversee internal products and lead cross-functional projects within an Ops Engineering team.

• Oversee and drive development of internal tools and platforms to support Sales, Customer Success Management, and other departments
• Lead and coordinate a portfolio of transversal projects in close collaboration with Product Engineering teams
• Bridge internal GTM (Go-To-Market) teams and engineering by translating process friction into clear technical deliverables
• Transform risky processes into successful internal products, leveraging rapid feedback loops from ideation to deployment
• Collaborate with leadership across all departments to understand internal needs and drive improvement initiatives
• Own project delivery, including planning, scoping, and execution of cross-functional initiatives
• Define and monitor functional KPIs, success metrics, and business impacts in collaboration with non-engineering teams
• Participate in sprints, roadmaps, and retrospectives to ensure project progress in a fast-paced environment
• Optimize internal operations by working closely with a dedicated software engineering team
• Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and proactively propose solutions for timely, on-scope delivery
• Provide transparent status updates, timelines, and project reports to leadership and team members
• Champion best practices in technical project management to ensure quality and scalability of projects
• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar role in a consultancy or software startup
• Technical fluency and comfort conversing about APIs, integrations, and development workflows (coding skills not required)
• Affinity for UX with an understanding of user experience principles
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical details into clear business updates
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; able to identify and address problems early by engaging the right stakeholders

• Experience with vertical SaaS or B2B SMB products

• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, or similar)
