Joppy is seeking a driven Senior / Staff Designer to help define and deliver an AI-first design system across multiple product domains. You will partner with leadership to shape strategy, align cross-functional teams, and translate user needs into scalable design solutions.

The role emphasizes crafting unified experiences, mentoring designers, and balancing qualitative research with business data to drive impact in a fast-growing, multicultural environment. English proficiency required.

Formación

• Experience shipping or prototyping AI-related products is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and leadership abilities in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategic direction and bring clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate opportunities and make critical product decisions
• Guide cross-functional teams through uncertainty towards clear business and user goals
• Shape long-term vision and execute on short- and mid-term design strategies
• Design unified experiences that connect complex user journeys across multiple domains
• Own large product problem spaces and consider dependencies across systems
• Lead design initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring high alignment with user needs and business goals
• Mentor and support less experienced designers to elevate team performance and impact
• Strong business mindset; connect user needs with business objectives and use data to inform decisions
• Experience shipping or prototyping agentic AI products, with fluency in agents, tools, context, and evaluations
• Blend qualitative research, direct customer conversations, and business data to drive product choices
• Expertise in systemic thinking and mapping how products add value in complex ecosystems
• Maintain high standards for design quality and craft
