Joppy is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to own autonomous work from idea to impact, shaping frontend decisions for subscriptions, billing, and payments. You will implement flows from checkout to payroll enhancements, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes strong React/TypeScript expertise, Redux/React Query experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset in a cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development across products supporting subscriptions, billing, and recurring payment setup.
• Build and refine member-to-studio payment flows, checkout experiences, and payment processing.
• Enhance teacher payroll systems for scalable compensation management.
• Work on invoicing, refunds, disputes, compliance, and cash management features.
• Contribute to international expansion by adapting products to local financial regulations.
• Lead efforts in a major back-office revamp using modern technologies, design systems, and frontend patterns.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams, translating technical decisions into business impact.

A fitness and wellness management software company that we partner with at Joppy is looking to hire a Senior Frontend Engineer who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership from idea to impact, and brings a strong frontend perspective to key product decisions.

• Drive development across products supporting subscriptions, billing, and recurring payment setup
• Build and refine member-to-studio payment flows, checkout experiences, and payment processing
• Enhance teacher payroll systems for scalable compensation management
• Work on invoicing, refunds, disputes, compliance, and cash management features
• Contribute to international expansion by adapting products to local financial regulations
• Lead efforts in a major back-office revamp using modern technologies, design systems, and frontend patterns
• Collaborate closely with Product, Finance, and Customer Success teams, translating technical decisions into business impact
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Redux, React Query, monorepos, and micro frontends
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work directly with cross-functional teams and influence product priorities
• Proven ability to build products from scratch, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a preference for action over perfection
