We’re expanding our team at Alén Space and are looking for a Technical Product Support Engineer with passion, talent, and experience. This role involves assisting customers, providing first-level technical support, reviewing and improving product manuals, and collaborating closely with the sales team and product owners.

What you will be doing
  1. Learn to use our products in real-world environments through ongoing contact with product and technical teams.
  2. Review and improve user documentation and manuals for clarity, consistency, and comprehensiveness.
  3. Validate instructions in manuals by executing them in real scenarios to identify errors or improvements.
  4. Support clients during the post-sales phase by analyzing issues and providing effective responses.
  5. Coordinate internal actions to resolve incidents promptly.
  6. Provide training to clients on product usage, including standard and customized solutions.
  7. Contribute to product improvement by relaying user feedback to the product team.
What we need in our team
  1. Technical background, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
  2. Knowledge of embedded systems based on microcontrollers and SoCs.
  3. Passion for technology and quick learning ability.
  4. Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical clients.
  5. Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
  6. Valuable but not mandatory: knowledge of electronics and RF.

  1. Ability to work remotely part of the time, as agreed with the Area Manager.
