KR Recruitment Luxembourg seeks a Technical Product Specialist for Fire Detection Systems to support growth across Europe. You will provide technical guidance, perform demonstrations, and design solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Join an international safety solutions group; travel ~15–20% across Europe. A minimum of 4 years in fire detection is required, with fluent English and additional European languages a plus.

• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, alarm or control systems.
• Experience in technical support, product training or application engineering.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel ~15–20% across Europe.

Technical Product Specialist – Fire Detection Systems

To apply for this position you must have at least 4 years of experience with fire detection products/systems.

Main Mission:

• Join an international industrial group specializing in safety and protection solutions and play a key role in supporting the growth of its Fire Detection & Control Systems business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support for detection and control systems to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Support sales activities with technical expertise, solution design, and product recommendations.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical training to customers and colleagues.
• Assist consultants, integrators, and end users in selecting and specifying appropriate solutions.
• Gather market and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future developments.
• Contribute to certification, compliance, and local approval activities where required.

Profile:

• Strong technical knowledge of fire detection, alarm, or control systems.
• Experience in technical support, product training, or application engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment.
