Kinnovis GmbH in Spain seeks a product and delivery leader to own Kinnovis Access, guiding two teams (Spain hardware/software and Austria-based platform) toward aligned priorities without hands-on coding. You’ll shape the roadmap, drive architecture decisions, estimate work, and coordinate across Spanish and English communication, bridging hardware, devices, cloud integration, and the management platform.

Formación

• 4+ years in software development or related field.
• Product Owner experience or equivalent.
• Ability to lead a small engineering team.
• Comfort with APIs, integrations and system architecture.
• Spanish (C2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• Based in Elche/Alicante or willing to relocate.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize by impact, effort and strategy and ensure shipping outcomes.
• Coordinate planning and tracking rituals for the team.
• Lead the technical team and guide architecture, trade-offs and estimation.
• Unblock the team by triaging bugs and setting priorities.
• Bridge between Access and the Manager, aligning cloud integration with Austria.
• Report progress and blockers to leadership in Austria.
• Provide a holistic technical view from devices to cloud to platform.
