Astek Group in Spain is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join a fully remote team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with market needs and business goals.

You will work with engineering, design, marketing and sales to launch innovative products, manage backlogs, track KPIs, and drive go-to-market activities in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or ownership focused on new products.
• Proven track record launching successful products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; remote work capable.

Responsibilities
