Job Description:

Open Digital Services, the software development arm of Santander Group, is seeking a Technical Product Owner with strong technical skills to manage projects from a technical perspective within the banking sector. The role involves managing the implementation of chat, chatbot, and virtual assistant solutions based on Genesys Cloud, Azure, and AWS technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating on the implementation of chat and virtual assistant solutions.
  • Coordinating with development and operations teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensuring security practices are properly applied.
  • Working closely with other technical departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing technology projects, especially in chat solutions.
  • Knowledge of Contact Center architecture and systems.
  • Experience with Genesys Cloud.
  • Knowledge of APIs and security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • High level of English proficiency.
