What we are looking for:

Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS

Responsible for the software product/program vision and user story roadmap.

Location: 100% remote for residents in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver software by translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each product/squad.
  • Manage priorities and resources within the squad and coordinate with external teams.
  • Oversee release/delivery plans for software products/programs.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog of user stories, leading sprint planning.
  • Align software development with the Product Director, contributing to program features.
  • Refine user stories to ensure they meet 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria.
  • Support testing automation and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve blocks and dependencies.
  • Ensure documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services.
  • Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content, and localization workflows.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
  • Understanding of decoupled architectures and frontend/backend coordination challenges.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is beneficial but not mandatory; understanding of headless content models and frontend integration is essential.
