What we look for

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS to be responsible for the software product / program vision and user story roadmap. This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for delivering software, translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each product / squad, managing priorities and resources, and resolving conflicts with other teams.
  2. Responsible for the release / delivery plan of the software product / program.
  3. Owns and creates the backlog of user stories, leading backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
  4. Aligns software development with the Product Director, including user stories contributing to program features.
  5. Owns refinement activities on the User Story Backlog to prepare user stories for development.
  6. Supports engineering teams, acting as an analysis expert, resolving blocks and dependencies.
  7. Ensures all User Stories meet the “Definition of Done” and “Definition of Ready” criteria.
  8. Guarantees the required level of test automation.
  9. Supports country implementation, providing necessary skills at each project stage.
  10. Drives the development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
  11. Collaborates with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, CloudFront, and DynamoDB.
  12. Ensures best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content (JSON-LD, schema.org), and localization workflows.
  13. Maintains clear documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with decoupled architectures and frontend / backend delivery challenges.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM and / or Next.js is a strong plus but not mandatory; what matters most is a solid understanding of headless content models and modern frontend integration.
