Psd Group busca un Technical Product Owner para proyectos de tecnología aeroportuaria. Ubicación: Barcelona o Madrid. Contrato inicial de 6 meses, disponibilidad ASAP. Debes estar disponible para trabajar en oficina 3 días a la semana.

Colaborarás con equipos multifuncionales para entregar soluciones tecnológicas, gestionar historias de usuario en Jira y asegurar la alineación entre negocio y ejecución técnica. Se valora experiencia en Aviation Tech y entornos ágiles.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology.
• Experience working within an Agile Environment.
• Strong understanding of technology product delivery standards.
• Aviation Technology experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Stay informed on data technologies and assess their impact on products.
• Identify opportunities and use cases to drive innovation and growth.
• Drive integrated solution development with stakeholders and dev teams.
• Monitor OKRs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Engage stakeholders with clear progress updates and insights.
• Act as a technical authority for architecture and integration strategy.

About the Client

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.

They are looking to hire an experienced Product Owner to join on a contract/freelance basis for an initial 6 month contract.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact tech projects, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

You will drive software development projects relating to Airport Technology solutions.

Key Duties

Stay Informed on Data Technologies

Continuously research and monitor emerging technologies. Evaluate their potential to enhance data-driven decision-making and improve customer experiences across products and services.

Identify Opportunities and Use Cases

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and challenges. Help identify and prioritize opportunities to drive innovation, efficiency, and growth.

Drive Integrated Solution Development

Work closely with stakeholders, external partners, and development teams to design and implement solutions. Manage user stories in Jira, monitor team performance, and drive agile improvements. Lead the implementation of system integrations while ensuring solutions meet standards for cybersecurity, scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Quality and Governance

Monitor product OKRs, assess impact, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Engage Stakeholders Effectively

Maintain open and transparent communication with key stakeholders. Ensure solutions align with business needs, communicate progress and insights, and identify opportunities for further optimization.

Act as a Technical Authority

Serve as a technical reference point for system architecture and integration strategy. Demonstrate in-depth expertise across systems and technologies to propose efficient, scalable, and future-proof integration pathways.

What we are looking for

Knowledge & Skills:

• - Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar


• - Minimum 10 years’ experience in Technology


• - Good understanding of the latest technology trends


• - Experience working within an Agile Environment


• - Strong understanding of technology product delivery standards.

Aviation Technology, specifically Airport Technology experience is highly desirable

Candidates must be open to working 3 days per week in the clients office in either Madrid or Barcelona.
