PSD Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Barcelona-based hybrid role. You will oversee IT projects through full lifecycle, align with governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management and fluency in English and Spanish, with a track record in complex, technical programs and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience in medium-to-large scale programs (projects are quite technical).
• Background in project governance (budget, scope, timeline, reporting).
• Proficient in Agile/Hybrid project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication — able to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional and cross-location teams.
• Fluent in English & Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project lifecycle from scoping and planning to delivery, transition to operations and closure.
• Articulate requirements and recommend options with input from technical experts.
• Define resource needs and coordinate large, diverse cross-functional teams.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets and schedules are on track.
• Anticipate and remove blockers and impediments.
• Lead governance, status reports, risk mitigation and change control per PMO.
• Manage project communications and stakeholder relationships.
• Foster a customer-centric, growth-oriented team culture.
• Learn about customers, products, and strategy of the Product Portfolio.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to support key projects.

Key Duties

• Manage the project throughout its life cycle - from project scoping, planning, to delivery, to transition to operations, and finally project closure ensuring expected outcome to stakeholders and business.
• Understand and articulate internal requirements and recommend options (plan, delivery strategy, budget, schedule, risks, etc.) with the input of the required technical experts or contributors.
• Define resource requirements and coordinate large and diverse cross functional teams.
• Ensure project requirements, deadlines, budgets and schedules are on track.
• Anticipate and remove blockers and impediments.
• Lead the project governance (status report, gates presentations, communications, risk mitigation process) and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs as per the existing PMO governance.
• Manage project communication and stakeholders’ relationship.
• Foster a positive culture in your team: customer centric, a growth and “do it together” mindset.
• Learn about the customers, products and strategy of the Product Portfolio

What we are looking for

Required Experience

• 5+ Years of IT Project Management experience in medium-to-large scale programs (projects are quite technical)
• Background in project governance (budget, scope, timeline, reporting).
• Proficient in Agile/Hybrid project delivery

• Comfortable managing cross-functional and cross-location teams.

Desirable

• ServiceNow implementation experience (ITSM preferably)
• CMDB understanding
• ITIL / Service Operations background
• Large-scale migration or transformation programme experience
• CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Service mapping
• Monitoring integrations (New Relic, Elastic, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent)
• Azure cloud exposure
• API/integration project experienceEnterprise change management and cutover planning.
