As a Technical Product Manager, you'll collaborate with a team of brilliant data experts dedicated to building a world-class data analytics platform. In this crucial role, you'll be the champion of the customer, injecting your unique product management DNA into a technology-driven environment that powers our entire organization and delights our customers. Your experience will be the catalyst for a transformative shift in our data product development philosophy.

To achieve this, we're making significant investments in data quality, robust governance, and a powerful analytics engine capable of serving internal needs and unlocking exciting possibilities for our customers. This is part of our broader Platform Enablement vision “You build it, you run it” in which you’ll play a pivotal role.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of building successful data products in SaaS B2B companies, demonstrating a deep empathy for the needs and challenges of our customers and their guests. You're a natural at applying lean-agile principles and can effortlessly bridge the communication gap between engineers and business leaders, translating their insights into a compelling product vision and actionable roadmap.Furthermore, you have the capability to decompose complex problems and adopt an iterative approach, delivering value both early and frequently.

This role requires a T-shaped individual – someone with a generic understanding of the SDLC, Platform Engineering, Data Architecture, and DevOps, coupled with strong cross-functional communication skills. You'll be the linchpin connecting our platform teams, product teams, and the diverse needs of our stakeholders across the company.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it :

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the company strategy and contribute to the data democratization roadmap in order to achieve our platform vision.
  • Serve as the customer advocate in discussions with our Data teams, driving our ongoing Data Democratization efforts.
  • Conversely, represent the Data Tribe and Platform Enablement in conversations with Product Teams on topics such as Data Governance, Data Quality, and championing our vision of decentralized ownership.
  • Support the development and enhancement of our analytics platform, ensuring it meets world-class standards.
  • Utilize your expertise to enhance product management practices within the division by employing a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the problem space and measure improvements.
  • Keep up with the latest technologies and anticipate future innovations to get us to best in class as soon as possible.

You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you :

  • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, platform engineer, data engineer, or in (advanced) data analytics
  • 3+ year's experience with (technical) product management
  • Continuous discovery habits
  • Proven ability to exercise agency, take ownership, and drive results independently
  • Experience in developing and deploying B2B2C SaaS products, especially in data analytics for internal or customer-facing applications.
  • Knowledgeable with project management software (Atlassian Suite)
  • Good understanding of product development lifecycle
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred
  • Flexible enough and willing to work in a high dynamic culture
