GMV, a leader in technology solutions for space applications, seeks a Technical Payload Leader to guide a consolidated team focused on SATCOM payload projects. You will oversee ground segment software development from a system perspective, manage complex programs, and drive proposals and strategic planning with the Technical Director.

The ideal candidate has a strong telecommunications engineering background, 10+ years in ground software, and exceptional leadership, analytical, and English

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• High level of English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Technical Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.
• Lead and manage the development of Ground Segment Software and ensure integration of system components.
• Lead proposals related to SATCOM domain; analyze project requirements and develop detailed plans.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are seeking a highly skilled

and experienced Technical Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate

will possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering, with a

comprehensive understanding of Ground Segment Software development from a

system perspective. This role requires a professional with exceptional

analytical skills and extensive experience in managing complex projects.You will:Assist the Technical

Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.Lead and manage the development

of Ground Segment Software, ensuring the integration and functionality of

various system components.Lead proposals related to SATCOM

domainAnalyze project requirements,

develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful execution within scope,

budget, and timelines.Collaborate with

cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical

processes.Conduct regular technical

reviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest

technological advancements and industry trends, implementing relevant updates

to enhance system performance.Ensure compliance with industry

standards, regulations, and best practices.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

• with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Basic
• Level of French.
