GMV, a leader in technology solutions for space applications, seeks a Technical Payload Leader to guide a consolidated team focused on SATCOM payload projects. You will oversee ground segment software development from a system perspective, manage complex programs, and drive proposals and strategic planning with the Technical Director.
The ideal candidate has a strong telecommunications engineering background, 10+ years in ground software, and exceptional leadership, analytical, and English
Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
- High level of English; French language skills are a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Assist the Technical Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.
- Lead and manage the development of Ground Segment Software and ensure integration of system components.
- Lead proposals related to SATCOM domain; analyze project requirements and develop detailed plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve technical processes.
- Conduct regular technical reviews and stay updated with industry trends and standards.
