Job summary

Essity in Tarragona, Spain seeks an experienced administrative professional with technical office drafting experience. You will support the Line Manager and management teams with organizational tasks, calendar coordination, and document preparation, while creating CAD drawings and maintaining BOMs for Infrastructure projects.

Your role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive data. Local language is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles and as technical office draftsman.
• Strong MS Office 365, Excel and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support line manager in organizational and administrative tasks.
• Proactively manage calendars, meetings, and team activities.
• Prepare documents and presentations; respond to inquiries; distribute meeting minutes.
• Organize business trips, travel arrangements, and cost reports.
• Process invoices and book meeting rooms.
• Create and follow up purchase requisitions and goods receipts via SAP.
• Create and maintain technical drawings for Infrastructure and Projects; CAD design 2D; BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Manage PPEs, absences and trainings for Infrastructure and Projects staff.
