As a Technical Lead you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE). You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.

We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts:

• Coordinate Teams and organization on how to work in best practices and values to fit the client needs.
• Providing all support to the teams using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
• Coordinate Teams and organization on how to work in best practices and values to delight customers
• Planning and budget estimation for projects.
• Follow with different teams the development and test evolution.
• Develop the services and operations that form the application and/or integrate these solutions with other components of other applications
• Draw up all the technical documentation required in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution design
• Certify the software produced and the integration of its components with others or third parties, carrying out the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy
• Package of solutions for the correct deployment of SW in the different work environments or collaborate with DevOps
• Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Required qualifications

• + 3 years’ experience leading Markets Projects focus on Murex tool.
• High Technical and functional knowledge of Murex.
• Technical and functional knowledge of the main treasury applications (Calypso, Equation, Markit, etc)
• Functional knowledge in BigData solutions.
• Knowledge of the Control-M tool.
• Advanced knowledge of the GItHub tool.
• Advanced knowledge Oracle, PL-SQL.
• Advanced Java knowledge.

Languages:

• English - advanced
