About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, support, and continuous improvement of our web-based applications. You’ll coordinate with development teams, manage project timelines and incidents, and drive quality in both service and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation and availability of applications within scope.
• Collaborate with development teams to handle user support and incident resolution.
• Lead the implementation of new applications or enhance existing ones in line with business needs, quality standards, estimated budgets, and timelines.
• Manage development team tasks to meet project deadlines, support SLAs, and budgetary goals.
• Support levels and incident handling
• Compliance with development standards and timelines
