SITA for Aircraft is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of its Enterprise Data Platform built on Databricks. This role combines technical leadership, platform architecture, and hands-on engineering. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Owner to define and deliver the platform roadmap while establishing the technical foundations required to scale the team and the platform over time. As one of the first dedicated resources on the platform, the Technical Lead will be expected to actively build solutions, establish engineering standards, and make day-to-day technical implementation decisions. The platform will become the foundation for governed data products, self-service analytics, AI/ML initiatives, operational data consumption, and enterprise reporting capabilities across SITA for Aircraft.
