SITA is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Central Data Platform Team. You will design, develop, and maintain reference data patterns on a centralized Databricks platform, enabling governance-aligned data engineering practices.

You will collaborate with architects, scientists, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions. You will apply modern technologies such as Databricks, AzureML, and LLMs to support advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases across the Air Transport Industry,

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience with Big Data systems and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with clean coding practices.
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure preferred).
• Strong collaboration and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate to design scalable cloud-based data architectures focusing on performance and security.
• Develop reference ingestion patterns and templates for integrating data from enterprise systems and APIs.
• Build and maintain pipelines and provide guidance on ETL/ELT best practices.
• Apply data governance, cataloguing, and quality monitoring to ensure trustworthy data.
• Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions across the Air Transport Industry.
• Leverage Databricks, AzureML, and LLMs for advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.
