SITA is seeking a talented engineer to join our Data Intelligence Team in a role focused on building robust data-driven software. You will work in a small Agile team to deliver business-critical applications, implementing APIs with FastAPI and distributed tasks with Ray, and scaling microservices in Kubernetes.

You will handle data collection and storage with SQLAlchemy and Polars, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across teams to maximise impact.

Formación

• Experience with Python and web frameworks like FastAPI (preferred).
• Experience with SQL and ORMs such as SQLAlchemy (preferred).
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Ray (preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Participate in technical designs, knowledge sharing sessions, retrospectives and demos.

PURPOSE

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI (preferred), Django or others.
• Experience with SQL and/or ORMs, such as SQLAlchemy (preferred), Tortoise ORM or others.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Ray (preferred), PySpark, Dask or others.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Interest in AI (machine learning) and data science.
• Interest in aeronautical engineering.
• Experience with data frame libraries like Pandas and/or Polars.
