Formación

• Más de 5 años en roles de liderazgo técnico dentro de entornos de IA/datos.

• Profundo conocimiento de estándares de codificación segura y DevSecOps.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y documentar arquitecturas técnicas escalables.
• Impulsar la entrega de alta calidad mediante CI/CD y prácticas ágiles.

We are seeking a Technical Lead to join a long-term, stable position within a leading multinational group in the aviation and travel sector.

You will be responsible for shaping the architecture and driving the delivery of complex, AI-driven platforms within secure domains, leading cloud-native development initiatives, and promoting engineering excellence in a highly collaborative and innovation-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and document scalable technical architectures.
• Drive high-quality delivery through CI/CD, automation, and agile practices.
• Lead multi-cloud infrastructure efforts and champion DevSecOps.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and technical audit readiness.
• Mentor engineers and promote a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical leadership roles within AI/data environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), IaC (Terraform/AWS CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps standards.
• Desirable experience with Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Desirable experience in test automation and distributed teams.
