Technical Global Key Account Management Analyst

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Global Key Account Management Analyst ! In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of product innovation, collaborating closely with the Technical Global Key Account Managers as well as their Global Accounts to drive and implement new product categories. You will manage large-scale customer product projects, ensuring cost efficiency and providing top-notch technical services to our global customers. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical Global Key Account Management Office, your contributions will be integral to our success and growth. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Below you will find some of the key tasks of this role :

• Support and analyze new customer specifications
• Work together with the Technical Global Key Account Managers on some customer projects.
• Help the Technical Global Key Account Managers on cost management and continuous product cost improvements studies
• Participate in some trials in our customers
• Help on samples preparation together with local Product Management
• Support Innovation Days preparation and Academies
• Facilitate the Technical Global Key Account Managers in updating some Sustainability Data necessary to support customer programs
• Participate on finding resolutions of key technical issues with customers
• Join the Technical Global Key Account Managers in customer visits through technical presentations preparation

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Engineering graduate or equivalent
• Preferably holding Chemical / Plastics / Industrial engineering degree / diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• High proficiency in English language

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Eager to learn and develop
• Ability to solve task autonomously
