Formación

• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are advantageous.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and large network operations.

Technical Expert - Network Operation & Monitoring (Open-ended contract)

This role involves joining a team of IT professionals focused on solution delivery and maintenance activities within Network Operations for the client. The position is part of the Operational Excellence – Network Operations support teams, collaborating with local and global teams to manage systems, databases, networks, and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT infrastructure for business and development teams
• Provide technical expertise in supporting production and IT service delivery
• Support development and maintenance of applications
• Oversee project lifecycle from studies to delivery and maintenance

As a monitoring platform administrator, responsibilities include platform management, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and incident resolution. The role requires significant expertise in managing monitoring platforms like Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, Spectrum, and knowledge of network security technologies.

Profile:

• Extensive experience with monitoring platforms and network data analysis
• Proficiency in Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, Spectrum
• Preferred: Background in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or similar
• Knowledge of network security protocols and large network operations
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP are advantageous
• Fluent in English

The position is remote, with occasional onsite requirements in Madrid.
