Formación

• Spanish & English speaking.
• Education background on Electrical Science & Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the energy battery storage industry.
• With a car and drive licenses, able to travel around Europe for customers visiting, training, and after-services.
• Open mindset and ability to deal with ambiguities in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, with a diligent work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide local technical support to customers, distributors, and partners in Spain (pre-sales & after-sales).
• Support system selection, installation guidance, commissioning, troubleshooting and on-site/remote issue analysis with HQ R&D and engineering.
• Collect issues and feedback to improve product performance and documentation.
• Conduct market research related to local grid requirements, application scenarios, and standards in Spain.
• Deliver technical trainings for distributors, installers, EPCs, and internal teams; support roadshows, launches, and workshops in Spain.
• Provide technical input for marketing materials, participate in exhibitions and events as on-site technical support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Technical teams to ensure alignment; support other Europe countries when needed; maintain partner communications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Engineer based in Spain, responsible for providing local technical support for energy storage products and systems.

This role focuses on hands‑on technical support, covering both pre-sales and after-sales activities, and supporting customers, distributors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
While the primary market is Spain, the role requires flexibility to travel to other countries when needed for specific projects, trainings, or events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local Technical Support (Pre-sales & After-sales)

• Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and partners in Spain
• Support both pre-sales and after-sales activities, including system selection, installation guidance, commissioning support, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with on-site and remote technical issue analysis, including coordination with HQ R&D and engineering teams.
• Collect and organize technical issues and field feedback to improve product performance and documentation.

2. Market & Product Intelligence

• Conduct market research related to local grid requirements, application scenarios, and technical standards in Spain.
• Carry out product surveys and collect customer feedback from real installations.
• Perform competitor analysis from a technical perspective (system architecture, product features, application focus).
• Provide structured feedback to support product localization and optimization for the Spain market.

3. Technical Training & Enablement

• Deliver technical trainings for distributors, installers, EPCs, and internal sales teams.
• Support roadshows, product launches, and technical workshops in Spain.
• Host or support technical webinars, focusing on system design, installation logic, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain technical training materials, manuals, and presentations.

4. Technical Marketing & Event Support

• Support marketing activities with technical input, including product positioning, application explanations, and case studies.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events as on-site technical support.
• Assist in standardizing technical messages for the Spain market.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration & Regional Support

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Technical teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Provide technical support for other Europe countries when required, including short-term business trips for specific projects or trainings.
• Maintain close communication with local partners to ensure smooth project execution.
