Este rol es clave para brindar asistencia técnica a los clientes, garantizando un servicio de alta calidad y soporte post-venta, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente a través de la comunicación efectiva y la resolución de problemas.

Formación

• Experiencia en soporte técnico de productos electrónicos.
• Habilidades comunicativas para soportar y asesorar a clientes.
• Capacidad de resolución de problemas y gestión de incidencias.

Responsabilidades

• Proveer soporte técnico remoto para resolver problemas de producto.
• Atender consultas de clientes a través de diferentes canales.
• Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para mejorar el producto.
