Job summary

IDOM is seeking a Technical Director for Industrial Solutions Development (Siemens OPCENTER) to lead and deliver advanced digital transformation projects from Bilbao or Madrid. The role requires steering development teams, ensuring architectural compliance, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

You will oversee technical direction, collaborate with architects and project managers, and manage quality controls while fostering a culture of innovation in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, industrial electronics, or automation.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial software development.
• At least 2 years in technical leadership.
• Experience with agile and traditional methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Advanced knowledge of Git and CI/CD.
• In-depth knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Execution.
• Experience with Opcenter Core, Intelligence, and APS.
• Experience with ERP and SCADA integrations.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Strong teamwork and technical rigor.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities
