Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking a Professional to join the IPD Production NH90 team. The role focuses on planning and delivering NH90 Work Packages, ensuring quality and on-time IPD deliverables within an international, multi-company setup.

The candidate will utilize Windchill SCDM and AMOSS tools, possess SAP knowledge, and bring NH90 program familiarity. A technical engineering degree and strong English skills are essential for collaboration across regions.

• 3–5 years of technical aeronautical experience required.

Responsabilidades

• IPD Production NH90: manage, plan and deliver Work Packages.
• Ensure IPD deliverables are high quality, complete and on time.
• Manage Spare Parts configuration control per HC design and maintenance concepts.
• Support and define triggers (CRs, ECPs, IPRFs) NH90.
• Create and modify Illustrations for the IPD NH90.

Mission: Functionally integrated in AHG in the frame of IPD generation for NH90 program, providing the creation, verification and validation of the deliverables associated to this position. IPD Authoring for specifics ATAs assigned to AHE workshare.

Main Responsibilities

• IPD Production NH90, management, planning and delivery of Work Packages.
• Ensure quality, consistency, completeness and on-time delivery of the IPD deliverables.
• Manage Spare Parts configuration control in accordance with HC design, maintenance concept and configuration.
• Support and analysis definition and implementation of triggers (CR´s, ECP´s, IPRFs) NH90.
• Creation and modification of Illustrations for the IPD NH90.

Key competencies

• At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes, Knowledge of Windchill and SAP, Technical profile.
• NH90 Program knowledge valuable.
• Ability to work in an international and multi-companies team.
• Impact Analysis for NH90 Service Bulletins procedure.
• SAP knowledge.
• High knowledge in handling the Windchill SCDM tool.
• Handling and management of AMOSS tool.
• Knowledge of the NH90 Illustrations Style Guide.
• Management of the IsoDraw design tool.
• Advanced knowledge of the Specific Regulations AECMA, ASD S2000M and Spec1000D.
• MET (material evolution table) production.
• NATO coding knowledge, supply items cataloging systems.
• Knowledge in the interpretation of technical drawings, B-Flow data.
• Knowledge on VPM, Consolidation Layer.
• Knowledge in Configuration Control and related tools.
• Knowledge in Governmental Programs.
• Welcome problems oriented Proactivity Team spirit Degree, preferably technical oriented, compatible with the mission, activities and competencies required to this job L2 Qualification in IPD production.
• High level of English and experience in handling technical documentation.
