Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. is seeking a professional to join the IPD production team for NH90 program, responsible for creating, verifying and validating IPD deliverables.

The role emphasizes planning, quality assurance, and configuration control across multi-company teams, with strong English communication and technical documentation expertise.

Formación

• At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector, e.g. Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering or related.
• The candidate should have high English proficiency and experience handling technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• IPD Production NH90, management, planning and delivery of Work Packages.
• Ensure quality, consistency, completeness and on-time delivery of the IPD deliverables.
• Manage Spare Parts configuration control in accordance with HC design, maintenance concept and configuration.
• Support and analysis definition and implementation of triggers (CR´s, ECP´s, IPRFs) NH90.
• Creation and modification of Illustrations for the IPD NH90.

• Functionally integrated in AHG in the frame of IPD generation for NH90 program, providing the creation, verification and validation of the deliverables associated to this position.

Mission:

• Functionally integrated in AHG in the frame of IPD generation for NH90 program, providing the creation, verification and validation of the deliverables associated to this position.


• IPD Authoring for specifics ATAs assigned to AHE workshare.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• IPD Production NH90, management, planning and delivery of Work Packages.


• Ensure quality, consistency, completeness and on-time delivery of the IPD deliverables.


• Manage Spare Parts configuration control in accordance with HC design, maintenance concept and configuration.


• Support and analysis definition and implementation of triggers (CR´s, ECP´s, IPRFs) NH90.


• Creation and modification of Illustrations for the IPD NH90.

Key competencies:

• At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering, Airframes Design or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes, Knowledge of Windchill and SAP,


• Technical profile.


• NH90 Program knowledge valuable.


• Ability to work in an international and multi-companies team.


• Impact Analysis for NH90 Service Bulletins procedure.


• SAP knowledge.


• High knowledge in handling the Windchill SCDM tool.


• Handling and management of AMOSS tool.


• Knowledge of the NH90 Illustrations Style Guide.


• Management of the IsoDraw design tool.


• Advanced knowledge of the Specific Regulations AECMA, ASD S2000M and Spec1000D.


• MET (material evolution table) production.


• NATO coding knowledge, supply items cataloging systems.


• Knowledge in the interpretation of technical drawings, B-Flow data.


• Knowledge on VPM, Consolidation Layer.


• Knowledge in Configuration Control and related tools.


• Knowledge in Governmental Programs.

• L2 Qualification in IPD production.
