About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Consultant to join our Digital Engagement team. This role is hands-on and technical, focused on implementing, configuring, and optimizing SFMC solutions for our clients. The consultant will work closely with strategy, data, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life, ensuring smooth integration and strong platform performance.

As a Technical Consultant your responsibilities include :

Support end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions, including :

• Ampscript scripting and personalization.
• SQL queries and data extensions.
• Integrations using APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot journeys, automation workflows, and platform issues.
• Assist with technical investigations and platform audits.
• Collaborate on solution design and documentation.
• Present solutions and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on best practices in SFMC.
• Contribute to requirement gathering and technical scoping.
• Work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
• Prepare clear, client-ready documentation.
• Interest in learning additional platforms (for example, Adobe Experience Manager).

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing consulting across various client projects. This is a hybrid role, blending technical expertise with a business consulting mindset.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, helping clients translate business goals into scalable, data-driven marketing solutions — while also driving investigations, platform audits, and strategic technical recommendations.

On top of this, you have the following competences :

• 2 to 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Ampscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and CloudPages.
• Familiarity with APIs, FTP integrations, and analytics in SFMC.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM (Core Cloud) architecture and data model.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and curiosity to learn.
• Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments.

It will be a plus if you have these additional capabilities :

• Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Dev, Admin, Consultant).
• Experience with other marketing automation tools (Adobe, HubSpot, etc.).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience working with global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance).
• Consulting experience (ideally with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.).
