Formación

• 1+ years of experience in the IVD area with strong technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with regional sales and local distributors; improve end-user satisfaction; provide regional technical support (online or on-site) to ensure the proper functioning of the Maglumi system, enhancing distributor and end-user satisfaction.
2. Promote reagent parameters and optimize reagent consumption per analyzer; collect Maglumi installation information; establish and maintain relationships with reference customers.
3. Provide service training to local engineers, establish relationships with engineers from different distributors, and continuously guide and improve their technical skills.
4. Manage reagent and spare parts procurement for regional distributors, ensure timely return of spare parts, and follow up on complaints.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by Snibe.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in the IVD area, with strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and perform well under pressure.
2. Proficiency in English as a working language.
