We are looking for a technical business analyst to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements and excellent understanding of complex data and good understanding of databases. This is a great opportunity to work with an experienced and highliy skilled development team with a new product and fast moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the business and development teams.


• Analyze and transform high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.


• Defining scope of the sprint and keeping the team aware of progress to complete the planned work.


• Recommend procedural and business process workflow changes, improvements, and program modifications to improve accuracy and efficiency.


• Understand and anticipate business needs and proactively address them.


• Review and assist with the implementation of system procedures necessitated by the introduction of new products, policy changes, and system software enhancements and maintenance.


• Conducts Sprint Planning to define scope, groom the backlog with the IT Product Manager and the team and define the Release plan


• Supports the prioritization, software development and delivery of user stories within the sprints for each program increment, and validates the user stories against acceptance criteria.


• Managing the development team.


• Strong analytical, problem solving and diagnostic skills.


• Top notch organizational skills and ability to work within processes.

Skills And Qualifications

• 5 years+ of experience in a technical Business Analyst role.


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field a distinct advantage.


• Solid understanding of multi-tiered technology solutions with experience in end-to-end design and development of comprehensive solutions for integration with multiple applications and third-party vendors.


• Hands on experience as a technical business / systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.


• Experience managing development teams.


• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.


• Team player.


• Good time-management skills.


• Great interpersonal and communication skills.


• High level of English.
