About the Role

My client is undergoing a major transformation as they shift towards becoming a managed services provider (MSP). To support this evolution, they are creating a new position for a Technical Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in developing data-driven digital solutions.

This role will serve as the key interface between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical delivery squads, with a strong focus on data modeling, process analysis, and system integration. It offers a unique opportunity to work in a complex, international environment while contributing to a high-impact transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, developers, and data engineers to define clear technical and functional requirements
• Analyse, model, and document data processes, data flows, and system integrations across digital platforms (e.g., provisioning systems, billing platforms, internal tools)
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Lead and participate in workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies
• Ensure solution requirements are well-defined, traceable, testable, and aligned with both customer needs and technical feasibility
• Support testing phases (UAT/SIT) and deployment, and provide insights for post-launch improvements
• Work closely with distributed teams across The Hague and Mallorca, maintaining strong stakeholder communication across time zones and functions
• Define KPIs and interpret analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to assess performance and usage of digital solutions

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a telecommunications, banking, or data-intensive environment
• Strong experience working with data models, backend data flows, and system integrations
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Agile/SAFe delivery platforms
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
• High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and requirement specification
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Exposure to satellite communications, SD-WAN, LTE/4G/5G, or maritime technology
• Experience in regulated sectors, such as finance or maritime compliance (IMO, SOLAS, etc.)
• Certifications such as Agile BA, CBAP, or SAFe
