The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are initiating the ramp-up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. As the Technical Assistant to the CEO/COO at PowerCo Spain reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating strategic and operational matters within the Operations Area, including PMO, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Technical & Industrial Engineering & Production System as well as with HR & Finance areas within the company, other PowerCo plants, PowerCo headquarters, VW Group companies (e.g., SEAT), and governmental representatives.
How You Will CELLebrate
As the Technical Assistant to the CEO/COO at PowerCo Spain, your main responsibilities will include:
- Advising and assisting in decision-making processes, conveying instructions, and ensuring the smooth operation of operations-related activities
- Being involved in standard factory planning and participating in the planning and execution of factory development
- Conducting special confidential projects
- Providing strategic guidance and support to the CEO/COO and the Board by analyzing data, gathering insights, and aiding decision-making as an executive advisor
- Assisting the executive in prioritizing tasks, projects, and goals
- Preparing statistics, reports, performance metrics, benchmarks, and other summarized information
- Representing the CEO/COO in meetings, negotiations, and external forums
- Supporting the organization of the Administrative Body Committee, including report drafting, agenda setting, and minutes distribution
- Managing personal ramp-up needs and budgets, including long-term planning and input for bi-annual operations planning
- Handling factory-related topics within standard factory operations and participating in committees
What You Need For Our CELLebration
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in a productive area role with strategic planning and project coordination
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
What Else Can You Bring
- Experience in battery cell manufacturing or production
- Knowledge of industry-specific environmental and safety regulations
- Proactive attitude
- Strong comprehension skills
