Department Overview: The Pre Sales organization provides technical and bid management support to sales teams in Southern and Eastern Europe, enabling the delivery of compelling proposals and solutions.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations: We seek a Pre Sales Technical Architect with proven experience in:

Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- University Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably in computer science, communications, software engineering, or similar).
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying complex mission-critical communication systems for government clients.
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional European languages like French and Portuguese is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in capturing, analyzing, and managing business and functional requirements for complex solutions, and developing compelling proposal materials.
- Significant experience in at least two of the following domains:
- Ability to build strong working relationships, operate independently, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Motorola Solutions products and/or key competitors is highly desirable.
Location/Travel: Travel requirements are 50-75%. No relocation assistance provided. This is an experienced position with no referral payment plan.
